All images are copyrighted by Southern Looks Photography. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy, or reproduce our work in any manner or medium; we are covered by the Federal Copyright laws.
Session Fee Policy
SLP requires full payment of the session/sitting fee as a requirement to book your session. This is non-refundable. Please provide at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. We will allow for you to reschedule one time only.
Payments for Prints
SLP accepts cash and checks(3 days to clear). We charge a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
Exclusive Photo Sessions
SLP requires for you to only bring those people being photographed for the session. SLP does not allow any other photography such as cameras, phones, tablets or other photographic devices from friends or family during the portrait session.
Image Retouching
SLP will include basic retouching such as blemishes, wrinkles, and small facial scars.
Portrait Care
Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing, or hanging is the responsibility of the client. SLP will not be responsible for the merchandise once it leaves the office.
Proofs and Ordering
Your portraits will be available on the SLP website to view and purchase. You may also, upon requests, choose to have a portfolio of your proofs to view.
